“We’re more than friends at this point, but after so long does it start to become an issue, like there has to be a reason she’s holding back?” West asked them. “She told me she’s never dated anyone younger than 35 before, so I can’t help but wonder if my age and not having a job yet is giving her pause.”
When Paige bluntly stated that West just wanted to sleep with Ciara, he didn’t deny it. However, Ciara also made her stance clear, telling their housemates “I’m not trying to rush into anything. I like that we’re taking it slow. We’ll be intimate when I’m ready.”

When West appeared on Watch What Happens Live in April 2024, host Andy Cohen instructed fans to “let this season play out” regarding what happens with Ciara and West. However, a viewer pointed out that Ciara had posted an Instagram photo wearing West’s hat from what looked like his family’s farm in Missouri after filming wrapped.
West confirmed the detail, saying “Ciara loves animals, and we do have a farm with horses and cows back home. It was a great time and obviously, my parents loved her.”
Teasing that Ciara got to meet and impress West’s family is certainly an indication their relationship extended past Hampton’s shared house.
