In her recent courtroom testimony, Stormy Daniels made some very shocking statements about her alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump. The adult film actress, Stephanie Clifford, gave personal information when testifying in the trial over hush money from an affair involving the ex-president.
According to Daniels, Trump did not use a condom when they were intimate in 2006. “Stormy Daniels testified that Donald Trump did not wear a condom,” joked Michael Che during the “Weekend Update” segment on Saturday Night Live.
During the section of the show that dealt with false news, Michael Che and his co-anchor, Colin Jost spent a lot of time ridiculing Trump over Daniels’ shocking claims. Referring to reports that the ex-president encountered difficulties when trying to wear a condom, Che joked: “He attempted to wear one, but his tie got in the way”.
The writers at SNL were thrilled by the juicy information surfacing in the hush-money case. Even as part of the legal process, Daniels promised not to mention anything about Trump’s private parts, yet that didn’t prevent comedians from teasing him.
Jost made a joke that before she could testify, Stormy Daniels took payment for her silence from the panel regarding the description of the President’s sex organ. It was only Rick Scott, who is a Florida Senator; who came to defend him which in a manner gives a picture of what Trump’s penis must be like.
“Che’s partner made jokes about the fact that Daniels was being asked to give a list of her pornographic movies. After the list, the Judge banged the gavel opening the oral arguments by mentioning the names of the Movies,” Che grinned mischievously.
While certainly not appropriate for all audiences, SNL’s willingness to lean into the uncomfortable details made for viral, water-cooler comedy this week. The raunchy Trump roasting over Stormy Daniels’ lack of condom claims proved too irresistible for the sketch show’s writers.
